Congratulations to Milos Zeman on his re-election as Czech President

Vladimir Putin sent a message of congratulations to Milos Zeman on his re-election as President of the Czech Republic.
In his message, the President of Russia stressed that the results of the elections were a testimony to Milos Zeman’s authority as an experienced and responsible politician, one capable of bringing to life the interests and hopes of the Czech people.
Vladimir Putin stressed that Russia highly values the principled position Milos Zeman takes towards the development of Russia-Czech Republic relations and their mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.
The President of Russia confirmed his readiness to continue constructive joint work on issues of their bilateral and international agendas, and wished Milos Zeman strong health, wellbeing and new successes in state activities.
